The starting point is always a free HELLO CALL in which we get to know each other.
When we resonate with each other, the next step is an INTRO SESSION & FOLLOW UP CALL in which you experience how it is to work together. You will also learn a tool that you can use on your own anytime you need support.

Once you have seen how easy and fun this work is, you have the choice to stop here or continue to create a new context for your life.
The curious and brave ones who are ready to shift their lives, can choose between the BASIC or the INTENSIVE version of the LET GO & FLOW… or both in any order you like. What ever resonates with you most.

The BASIC

Is an ongoing timely support to create and implement new habits over a period of time. It can be done once a week or more often, depending on your resources and what works in your situation.

The INTENSIVE

Gives you the experience of transformation “on the go”, at any time, in a simple and enjoyable way and in unusual and fun contexts that enhance your process.

This powerful input of highly positive and transformative energy to your system and field stimulates new perceptions of
ease, fun, flow and physical well-being.

Being physically in the same space also allows the use of non-standard techniques that can’t be performed online, plus the work can be mixed with fun activities and bodily treatments like experiencing some
